THINGS TO KNOW WHEN BOOKING

• ALL bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure the requested appointment. NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT. Deposits can be paid via cash app

  to $marshayscosmetics, Venmo, Square, via Zelle [832-816-7275] or you can request an invoice to be sent directly to you. *Please note, the card you put on file during booking DOES NOT get charged anything - the card is only charged at the client's request and MUST be put on file, in the event the client is a no-show. 

• ALL bookings MUST be made via our booking site/link found below under the requested service. Appointments requested via text or email may NOT be accepted.  

• ALL products are supplied for ALL looks booked, this includes lashes. You are welcome to bring your lashes or preferred products, however does NOT change the service price.

• We operate within a private setting, in addition to being compliant with the CDC COVID guidelines, we do NOT allow additional guests, this includes small children. Failure to comply with this request may result in your appointment being canceled upon arrival. In addition, you are to wear a mask to your session - it will be removed when applicable, the artist will also be wearing a mask as well. 

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without communication - this may result in your appointment being canceled. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. 

• Please, have your look picked out upon arrival to ensure timely completion of your session. We prefer requested looks come from our portfolios - DISCLAIMER - we can use other artists' work as a ''reference'' for what you are requesting, however, we can not promise an exact duplicate of the other artists' looks.

• We will NOT work over another artist's work. 

• Please, come with a fresh clean, and groomed face - if grooming or makeup removal is required there is an additional charge. The charge is based on the level of additional time required to complete these tasks.

• We love to capture the results of all of our beautiful clients! Photos and videos are taken at the end of your session and used for promotional purposes. To opt-out, please let us know before your session.

• For group bookings, please reach out via email to marshayscosmetics@gmail.com

• Travel is ONLY available for group bookings of 3 or more and is subject to availability for the requested date of service. Additional fees apply for travel.

• NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS, unless my schedule permits. Any same-day appointments accepted will be at a rate of $100.

• Our servicing address is given upon booking and receipt of deposit. Our general location for reference is Sugar Land TX 77479- Highway 6 and the University area.

Please be advised that our operating hours are Mon.-Fri. 6:00pm-10:00pm and Sat.- Sun. 8:00am-10:00pm. any calls/texts/requests/inquiries/etc. received outside of these hours will receive a response at our earliest convenience or during operating hours. Any appointments requested to be done outside of our operating hours are subject to availability and are subject to additional fees.​
